Please explain Mens Warehouse to me

Ok so I called Mens Warehouse today to see if we need an appointment to try on tuxes.... Well they dont actually have tuxes for you to try on. In fact, the only tux they had there was on a mannequin. They offered to let him try on that one... if he'd fit into a 36in slim fit tux jacket.... Of course...

Of course they had other options.... you can pay $20 to order a tux to try on..... but if you dont like it, you'll have to pay another $20 to order another one to try on....

Are you serious?!? So you want us to PAY to try something on, with NO guarantee we'll like it?!?! Why no just order online?

Anyone who understands this policy PLEASE explain this to me.

And anyone who knows where we can actually try on the tuxes, please let me know!

We went to MW in Springfield Philly area and we had no problems, they allowed us to try on jackets to see but they did not have the vera wang which we ordered for him to try on but they did find his fit with the jacket. They are super expensive but it was most convienient for all the men in the party.

We rented our tux's from men's warehouse. DH and I went in and they took all of his measurements. We reserved 12 tux's and got one of them free (for DH's best man) and DH got a $450.00 voucher to use in the store after the wedding. I was NOT thrilled with how the tux's fit the bridal party. They were much looser than I expected. The tux we picked out was specifically tailored for a slim athletic build and I felt like our groomsmen were swimming in their tux's. DH would have been better off wearing the suit I bought him for our last anniversary.
