Plans for original wedding date?

So here is my problem. I postponed my wedding till next August instead of this August. Though I feel like we should do something special on the original day we were to get married. Anyone able to help a girl out with suggestions? Hoping this may be on other bride’s minds and maybe this can help them too.

I've seen some people get legaled on their original date, some have simply ignored it, others have done everything to a nice dinner to a special date night to having a good cry.
It's really up to you and what you feel you need to do.

I just saw a couple here did a photo shoot on their original wedding date and their pics are fantastic (incredible memory too). I hope the bride shares them. I don’t remember her name.

My fiancé and I are planning a small backyard ceremony on our original date (in just over two weeks!) and having our planned wedding and reception next year on our anniversary.
