Wedding Wire and The Knot are the 2 apps I used.

I also made myself a wedding planner binder where I kept everything for easy access. I had inspo photos, contracts, receipts, etc. It was very helping.

I use WW, Excel and screen captures in albums . I use Excel for lots of list and party planning.

Wedding Wire is really the only app I use.
Otherwise I have printouts, screenshots, excel spreadsheets, a notebook and folder to keep everything.

Throw all inspo pictures into a Pinterest board and separate them into sections like: cake, bridal party, decor, etc. Then add your vendors to the board. For example: I have a board that’s called table settings which my day of coordinator has looked over. Make sure the board is private so no friends nor family can see it (unless you don’t mind others seeing it). Once you’ve solidify at least 30 pictures or so, start printing them and making a vision board that you can revisit quite often. (I taped the pictures to my closet door).

I use the Notes app on my phone to keep track of inspiration, but nothing beats a real life vision board for envisioning the final product. Whenever I narrow down what I want, I print the pic and add it to my vision board. I also use a monthly planner to keep track of my to-do list (I do use WW’s checklist, but my planner is far more detailed).
