I am crafting all my decorations majority of them anyways and I am looking or trying to see if I can find someone that's willing to make sure that the day of the wedding everything is set up appropriately and as well but I don't miss out on anything or leave something that I needed to have I wonder who would be willing to do that and not have to pay an arm and a leg

Sounds like you need to hire a day of coordinator. i wouldn't put something like that on a friend or parent because they'll be getting ready as well.

Definitely look for a day of coordinator. Try local wedding FB groups, the vendor tab here on WW, or Thumbtack. It’s definitely worth the money to hire a professional so you and your loved ones don’t need to stress about setting up.
