Because of COVID we have postponed our "large" reception once again to the end of the year. We are still getting married in our church in April. We hired a photographer who is a HORRIBLE communicator, he actually disappeared for a few months - did not answer any emails/texts/phone calls and I was freaking out because we had paid him our deposit. Anyway, I am not sure what to do because we will need photography for our April + November weddings potentially, but he's so difficult to work with that I want to just cut him loose after the April date, but this means we'll be paying more money for a second photographer. We signed up for a 10-hour package which includes videography with him, but I don't think I'll need videography for the April date... Not sure... What would you do? Thanks
