Planning a reception.

Tiffany, on May 6, 2021 at 2:46 AM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 3
Hi guys so I recently got married October 24th and we only did a ceremony, and a part of me really wants to do a reception this year. We didn’t last year cause of covid. But I don’t know where to start.

I guess it would depend on your guest count. Typically the type of venue would be based upon your guest count, so I would start with a guest list and look for venues you have in mind to contact to see if they have an event space that would accommodate you Smiley smile

I was married in October of 2020 too and next month we're having our reception. We pushed it back due to covid. I would start with a guest list so you can get a count of how many people you want to invite and then find a venue. Start thinking of dates too because venues book up pretty quickly.

Hi Tiffany! Like Blair and Marisa said, I'd think about your guest list and budget first then start looking for a venue!!

A lot of the planning will be similar to planning a wedding reception, just adjust things to your needs!
