Planned my own bachelorette party but called it a pre-wedding ladies night out

So I posted before I was going to plan my own bachelorette party since no one mentioned one to me. I calked it a pre-wedding ladies night out. Told everyone that I didn't expect gifts or for anyone to pay for me that I just wanted to have a fun night out. About 12 of us went out to dinner last Friday, stayed to watch the band, we drank, laughed and danced until 2am. Well someone ended up paying for my dinner and all my drinks. One girl bought me some lingerie and my MOH got me a flashing penis shot glass to drink out of lol. It was a blast and they all thanked me for planning a great night out.

Glad you had a good time! How long did you hold out before you decided to plan your own?
My MOH and BMs haven't mentioned anything yet, though I do have some time (October wedding).

Well my wedding date is April 19th and I planned my party for March 21. FH's party was planned for months ahead of time for March 15 but no one said anything to me about mine. So I planned mine at the beginning of March. I put the idea out there and no one said hey we are planning one lol. It was just like a regular fun night out with the girls. I didn't want all traditional bachelorette party stuff anyway.

My wedding is in October and I wanted to have a bachelorette/bridal party sleepover with my bridesmaids and my sisters. I was so excited and now everyone is fighting so I told them to forget about it. I told my FSIL to plan it but my sisters wanted to and because I didn't ask them they got all pissy and started a bunch of crap. As of right now I won't even have one and if I do i doubt I will have any of my sisters there or my FSIL to avoid drama. I wish they could all just grow up and be respectful for me... it's so frustrating.
