I would rather plan one more month vs one more year. We already have been engaged for 2 years!! That being said.. we are actually closer to the 1 year mark than the 1 month mark lol. 8 months to go!! Not much left to do, but we would not have enough to pay for it if it was next month

Well I'm done planning, but I would've picked one month. I hated wedding planning, and having more time would only lead to me procrastinating.

I'm so glad it's over. And we did it in less than 8 months.
I told DH about 2 weeks before the wedding, "I love you, I love that we're getting married, I never, ever want to do this again."

Of course half our guests said they enjoyed it so much I should do this for a living.

I may or may not have laughed maniacally at them.

Lol. Okay, to be fair...we have been engaged 5 years. So I have been kinda “planning” the whole time. It’s just recently that we FINALLY found a venue that works for us...so now the real planning begins. I’ve always known who was going to do our flowers and photography and dj, because they’re all people we know. I’ve had my dress for like 4 years, now. There’s not much more to decide on.
