Deb, on June 15, 2017 at 5:44 PM Posted in Planning 0 8

Hey everyone. I'm doing my place cards, I have a guest that is bringing a guest but not sure who...how do I do a place card for that?

    Ask your guest what their plus one's name is.

    Tell him to make up his mind. Maybe give him another week to decide and then he owes you an answer.

    You still have a couple of weeks. I would ask him to notify me of the name as soon as he knows. if he doesn't respond "John Doe's guest".

    We have a situation like that too. It's FMIL friend who she begged us to invite. She'll probably bring some random person. If we don't hear back I'm just going to put "Guest of ______ ______".

    Could you write "and guest" on the place card, if he is uncertain.

    @Future no I am doing one card per person. We are having a plated dinner so I have to show what everyone is eating too.

    @muriel thats a good idea

    @Erin that's a good idea too.

    Ooh okay. Since that's the case, Muriel and Erin's ideas would be great.
