My cousin had one MOH and BM in her wedding and it didn't look any different to be honest Photo were still beautiful!!
Are you going to have them matching colors?

I think you totally can! You could have all the girls hold hands, and the additional GM have their hands on one other's shoulders? Can you envision that?
