Picnic Basket Centerpiece Ideas

We are having an October Rustic/Daisy/Picnic Wedding theme, and my mother in law wants to put the food into the picnic basket for a centerpiece, but the food will be cold by the time everyone gets to eat. I'm trying to think of other ideas to put in the picnic basket. I've heard of flowers but these picnic baskets are going to be big more than likely so what would I put in with the flowers. I already have 4 mason jars that are going to surround the basket. Any ideas would be appreciated, thank you so much.
