Photographer vs Videographer. Which one is more important ?

Hello ladies. So I am crunching my budget and I am thinking of going with a videographer over a photographer. I hear a lot of the times the wedding day goes by so quickly that the video helps you recapture the moment. Also the videographer I spoke to mentioned they can take still pictures of some moments, so I am thinking that may be enough. What do you ladies think? Also what's more important to you? Are you going with both or just one? Thanks in advance.

This is one place where I splurged and got both. I had to have pictures but honestly pictures just can't capture certain things. Still pictures can't show Grandmas voice giving you advice, or your crazy uncles dance moves. I just feel like some of those things you can't get back once they're gone and I have a terrible memory made much worse by the medication I have to be on that makes me very forgetful so I don't wan to look back and not remember certain things. I feel like I already know how it feels to be an old lady that forgets things and when I get to that point I want to be able to look back and watch my wedding video. Photos are great but they can't show you a persons body language etc. There are people I've lost who I don't have any video of at all and I know this will mean so much to me in years to come.
