Photo guest book printer suggestions

We are researching mini printers to use at our reception for a DIY type photo booth for photos for the guest book. Can anyone share info about their successes or "oop's" with printers? Were printers able to get photos printed in a timely manner? How many printers did you have/# of guests?? We are considering using the Canon Ivy or Lifeprint. Thanks for any advice!
