What material is used below to do the swag decor? Is it tulle? Anyone know where to get some cheap?

Yes it is tulle. Try the craft stores Michael's Hobby Lobby or maybe even Ebay.

You can get wider spools of it, like 9", 12", 15" & 18" through efavormart.com in all different colors, if you buy spools at Michael's or Joanns they only carry 6" wide spools. The one in your picture looks like it's wider than that. You can also buy it by the yard in 60" widths at Joanns or Walmart and just cut it the width you want.

Its tule i think. you can get it at orientaltrading.com pretty cheap. Also just about any craft/hobby/or party store will carry it. Generally its cheap and comes in what ever color you want.

Yeah Tulle. I'm buying my from efavormart.com. it come in different lengths, colors and widths.
