Pet Names

We always just call each other "babe." Just seems to come naturally...lol He also used to call me "sweet pea" a lot...actually haven't heard that one in a while!

Stereotypical "babe" and "baby" here too. But we also call each other "bubby" and he calls me "angel" and "sweatheart". I call him "poophead"... I can't help it..

Baby/babe are typical. But at night it turns into any variation of the word "Bonz" (from bedtime for Bonzos). So anything from Arthur Bonzarelli to Carmen Bonziego to bonzobo. It's a little ridiculous, but I love it. We'll also just come up with random names to call each other throughout the day, recent ones have been Marmaduke and Horatio.

Somehow, some time ago, we fell into calling each other "Boo" and I absolutely hate it but I can't break the habit! Occasionally I'll say "dear" and he uses "Love" alot for me. We knew each other for a year before we started dating (worked together so we saw each other almost daily) and he would call me by my last name for some reason. When we started seeing each other I was like "dude, you aren't my coach, stop calling me that!" But it was sorta cute

I just call him Mike or Michael, but when I call him Michael, he calls me Leesel. He also calls me tick which is short for tickle butt and I find that pretty embarrassing.

We call eachother monkey. I also call him boop for some reason, I'm not sure why haha

I almost never call him by his real name and he shortens mine (only my brothers do that).

The most common nickname we use is "boo." We call each other that, plus we call our cat "boo" too -- so there are a lot of boo words happening in our household.

We have a ton of inside jokes and names, so we can have an entire conversation in front of other people that might seem like one thing on the surface but it's just between us and they have no idea what we just said.

Mostly just babe ..it comes naturally. I rarely call him by his real name haha. Occasionally though it's HoneyBunny/HoneyBuns too

Other than the cute nicknames we use regularly I also call him Boogsie (he likes to dance), Butthead (i'm Beavis) and Johnny, Johnny is not his name. )

Once in a while we like to slide in the Jay and Silent Bob's "boo boo kitty fuck" for fun.

I call him Le Moffatt Le Craig and he calls me Deli or Deli Dupri. He just started this thing where he could call me Deli Dupri in a French accent. So then I took his name and added Le in front as my french nickname for him. He also calls me Cletus in a southern accent and then I respond with BillyBoSueJollyWally with my own southern accent. Its ridiculous I know, but we laugh every time.

We usually call each other "buddy" or "friend."

Or fart-face. Haha.

Babe or Baby most often. The one that makes me all gooey inside is when he calls me 'Darlin' with that Texas drawl...

Aside from "love" and "hon", I call him Doodle. His BM's daughter adores him and one day started calling him "ShawnyDoodle". Well you can imagine how much fun I had with that! Over time, it morphed into Doodle.

Babe/Baby is what I usually call FH. He has a tendency to call me 'Beautiful' a lot. Sometimes it is pretty random. I will be making dinner and here him say, 'Beautiful', turn around and FH just smiles and tells me he loves me. He even has me saved in his phone as 'Beautiful'.

He calls me love, babe, doll. The best ones though are "pretty little" and "bug" Lol

Rats! I thought this post would be about actual pet's names. Allen Walter is a spectacular name. Sometimes I call him Al-y which he hates. Also his street name (in case he is ever trapped on the mean streets of Madison, I don't want him picked on) is Senior Fishbones

But as far as pet names with DH we don't really use them, sometimes I say honey or love, but DH never does and that is Okay by me.
