Paris Hilton's Wedding Dresses: Which One's Your Favorite?

I liked her ceremony dress best. The short reception dress is cute too, I could see that being fun for a courthouse wedding or something.

It's funny, her ceremony dress is VERY similar to her sister's wedding dress. I mean... is it the same dress, even? They're extremely similar:

I also saw this short video on youtube discussing the push in the 00's in fashion for very revealing, sexualised clothes, and even in wedding dresses, people were asking if the dress was 'sexy' enough, according to the video person. She went on to mention that the current trend for very modest, covered dresses, and that now, people are asking if the dress is covered enough.

I'm curious to hear what others think of this 'modest' wedding dress trend. Are you having a reasonably modest dress, yourself? I feel that you do see more very covered dresses in the media, Nicki and Paris' dresses, obviously, but also Miranda Kerr and Lily Collins - but most dresses I saw in stores when I went shopping, and that most of my friends picked for their weddings have been quite revealing. I love that there is now a choice to do whichever suits you.

I was surprised by the more modest look for the ceremony but love the long sleeve lace - it's so classic and elegant!! 😍

Yes, they must have very similar taste! They are both beautiful gowns - the only thing I'm not a fan of is the high neckline, but that's probably because they don't suit me!
