Paging MNA Disney wedding

A.L.S., on February 9, 2017 at 8:42 PM Posted in Planning 0 20

Hi MNA my cousin is considering a destination wedding to Disneyworld with 20 close friends and family . She asked me if I knew anything about it and I said I knew someone on a forum who was getting married at Disney . Is there any Info you would be able to share ? Thanks so much

If you're not on mobile I would search Disney Wedding or something. She just was on a brides post about a week or two ago saying exactly what package she had. It might be helpful if you find that before she responds. Smiley smile

They have a lot of different packages and options from small to large. Plus you can also get married at night in front of the castle now. In your original question you said Disneyland but I'm assuming that you mean Disney World because I'm pretty sure that Disneyland doesn't do weddings.

I didn't get married at Disney World but did a lot of research about it. Once the guest count goes over 18, your only option is the "Wishes" package. Disney has 3 packages, the Memories package which is for 4 people total, the Escape package which is under 18 and then Wishes, which is the most expensive and tends to have high minimums (lower if you are willing to get married during the week and it all depends on what you want). Everything would go through the Disney Weddings site.

Just a different bit of information, Disneyland does weddings as well (as does Aulani in Hawaii and the Disney Cruises). Disney offers a wide array of wedding possibilities across all their US destinations (except Vero Beach as of right now)

The set everything out online and you can price out everything to get a cost estimate. If she is considering it she should definitely go on the site. If she is near either one of the resorts, she shod consider attending their expo or doing a walk thru too

Also, disneyland does do weddings. They are outrageous inside the park but are really affordable (under 4000 for 15 people) at any of the 3 resorts

They have a Just Dreaming option so you can "plan" a whole wedding and see what it would come out to. My tears began to flow when I saw the bottom line.
