I love medium size wedding dress skirts and cathedral length trains. Is it too much to have a big dress with a long train for an outdoor wedding? Having a large wedding makes it hard to find indoor wedding venues.

    I had a long train for an outdoor ceremony and outdoor pictures and I gotta say, it was a little bit annoying to cart around and constantly readjust before it got bustled. It got a lot of leaves caught in it 😂But it'll look gorgeous in pictures and was still doable, so if you love the train look, don't skip it!

    I also had an outdoor ceremony in a wedding dress with a train. We did our photos before, so I was bustled immediately after the recessional. No worries at all!

    I'm having a beach wedding and the only reason I had them remove all but the hint of a train is because I don't think my dress would look right bustled and I want to dance in my dress. I think a train looks beautiful and dramatic which is only enhanced by a big outdoor space.
