Hi! Desperately searching online for a wedding dress that has this look/feel to it and doesn’t break the bank but so far the only luck I have had has been preowned, which would be fine, but there are no returns allowed. I am not sure my size and our wedding is end of May Smiley sad. I’ve been searching for hours a day for weeks now and everything I love ends up being close to $1,000 or I am nervous to buy off discount wedding websites due to some reviews! Does anyone have any advice or something I am not thinking of? Smiley sad

Cocomelody or Azazie both let you try them on before you buy. Etsy is an option. Be very careful with JJs House and most other online shops because they are based out of China and you may not get what you order.

I second Azazie! I got a bridesmaid dress from them and the quality and price was great, and they have some beautiful wedding gowns!

I've ordered from Cocomelody and they are legit and reasonably priced.

I would check out Azazie and David's Bridal. You could also see if any local places are having a sample sale or any discontinued dresses. My dress was a discontinued dress and I absolutely loved it. I actually only tried it on because I was looking for a dress for my after party, but when I tried it on I knew it was the one.

I agree with their advice, look at azazie.com
Lots of light boho stuff. They make to order , so fast after the tryon stage. Also look at their ready to ship. They are sample sizes, some just one size
Or discontinued, which means some in everysize. Online wedding dresses 2

JJHouse and DHgate should be avoided at all costs.

Azazie- my coworker bought all her bridesmaids dresses & her wedding dress from them. She had nothing but positive experiences from them.

Some quick things: if you’re able, I’d recommend going into a bridal dress shop and at least trying on a few dresses to figure out your bridal size. That’s something you want to make sure of before you make a purchase or, at the very least, have an idea of what could possibly be altered to fit you. Another thing you may want to consider is that sometimes off-the-shoulder straps can easily be added by a tailor. If you’re not finding anything that looks exactly like what you want, you could focus on a finding an inexpensive strapless or spaghetti dress that you love and get quotes from a tailor to see how much it is to add the straps. Etsy may also be a good to find a few wedding dress options. Best of luck!

I second Cocomelody, and you can do their home Tryon before you buy.

Check Azazie. They let you try on options at home before making your final decision. Also, they have beautiful options at amazing prices. My bridesmaids dresses came from there!

Happy to help! 😁 Also, another option: Lulu’s (https://www.lulus.com/categories/2042_3502/bridal-dresses.html ) has a nice (albeit small) selection of inexpensive bridal and white dresses as well! They have a good return/exchange policy too.
