Can you go look in stores? I'm guessing that dress on their site is specific to them, but I'm sure there are other sellers out there with similar dresses.

I was torn between two online retailers, Ieie Bridal and LaceMarry - I went with LaceMarry and could not be happier with my dress!!! Completely custom and fits great (except I lost weight between the time I sent measurements and when it was received - but thats what an alterationsist is for!
Ieie is based out of New Jersey if you're looking for an American dress, if you don't mind Chinese then LaceMarry is lovely - her English is great and she was very thorough and helpful

Side note - I DID buy a boutique dress, but it wasn't what I had envisioned and had massive dress regret.

I've said it before and I'll say it again- I ordered my dress online and it was a disaster. Be very, very careful.

I almost ordered from Lace Marry too! I went to David's to see what different styles looked good on me and I found one I loved so I got that instead.

Just the url of that site sounds like a scam. Maybe take the pic to a dress maker or find an online dress maker to do something like it.
