I think they may be little arrows or something but I'm not even being terribly picky about that. I could do polka dots, any other little picture that is subtle. I just cannot for the life of me find something like it.

My fiancé actually has this exact same shirt. It is a men’s shirt. He got it from Kohl’s last fall.

I would suggest either looking in men’s shirts, or if you want women’s shirts Nordstrom may have something like this

I would also check the men’s section of Macy’s, Dillards, and Lord and Taylor

Polo Ralph Lauren has shirts like that. But you’ll most likely need a men’s shirt.

Maybe check out Express as well. They typically have a pretty good selection of dress shirts (both male and female cut).

Look into a local custom tailor. A men's shirt on a woman will be baggy and not lay right unless it's altered to fit her body.

Look for Penguin Original - there are also lots of brands out there that provide these themes.

Definitely look for men's shirts. My wife wears shirts like this fairly often and hers are all men's! She finds them with really fun patterns at Old Navy, surprisingly! You can also check department stores.
