One of my longest and dearest friend's husband owns Alfredo's at the Inn, which is inside of the Holiday Inn on Beta Drive in Mayfield Village off of Wilson Mills. You should check it out it's GORGEOUS!! Otherwise I was going to say Landerhaven is also another gorgeous venue!! Good luck! Go Browns!!

Holly, I graduated from Kent State so I'm oh so familiar with Ravenna!! and oddly my roommate in college was from Champion, and I cheered for them 5,000 years ago haha. Small world.

Rowena, I lived in Stow/Cuyahoga Falls for a while too, and Hudson is beautiful. I think you'll find better prices there instead of like downtown Cleveland!

I'm from the Cleveland area but my reception is in Valley City

@ DeAnna P, My guest list is 80-100 and we have an appt this weekend at the Hilton Garden on Beta Drive. I guess I need to call the Holiday Inn as well. The 1st place we looked at was Landerhaven and the rep was l8 which FH as a rule doesn't like (he's a stickler for timliness) but they so made up for it. The receptionist sat us down and gave us coffee and pastries and that alone would make me choose them b/c they are TO DIE FOR!! In fact, that's the venue FH really would like but long story short they are a bit more expensive then some of the other places we looked at. However, I just told him today if we switched our ceremony from Sat eve to Fri eve we might be able to swing it. We are going to discuss it this weekend but thanks for the heads up on the Holiday Inn. We'll check into that.

@ Clair, you are right on both counts. Not only is the price about $2500+ cheaper but it's for a Sat eve wedding not a Fri (but that keeps the #'s down) Good luck 2 u both!
