We get the venue at 2, 2 hours for my nephew to set up the tables and centerpieces

4 wedding, should be about 30 minutes

pictures and reception right after. now sure of other times yet because still trying to come up with cash for the dj. if we can't afford it we have to figure something out and schedule is out the window

I haven't gotten to the entire day timeline yet but ceremony starts at 4:30, cocktail hour 5-6pm and reception from 6-10pm. Depending on what my hair and makeup artist say we will probably begin getting ready at 9am or after. Photographers will arrive at 2pm and begin detail shots and maybe start with the guys. We will do some separate bridal party pictures at 3pm more than likely.

We are having a fairly small, simple event (35-40 including us) with just my sister as MOH. Both of our ceremony and reception venues are naturally beautiful/have a lot of character, so we are doing very minimal decor. I haven’t figured out the morning of yet, but have laid out the following:

    2:15-2:45: set up ceremony decor
    2:30-3:00: get dressed
    3:00-3:00: buffer
3:30-4:30: first looks (with dad and FH), couple portraits, family photos
    4:30-5:00: buffer/guest bus arrives
4:45 : music starts (FSIL is a flutist)
    5:00ish-5:20 : ceremony
5:20-5:50 : receiving line or walk in the garden and group photo
6:00: guest bus leaves for reception
6:00-6:15: break down and leave for reception

I haven’t quite figured out the reception but I think it will be cocktail “hour” from about 6:30-7 and then dinner.

Haven't worked on pre-wedding schedule yet, but...

3:00: access to venue/bridal suite, get dressed
3:45-4:45: first look, family photos (very small families, no wedding party)
    ]5:00: guests arrive, cocktails
    5:30: ceremony
    5:50-6:45: cocktail hour
    7:00: buffet dinner
8:00: speeches, cake cutting, first dance
    8:30-11: dancing etc.
