October 2020 Couples!!

October 10th!!


My bridesmaids are in a sangria/wine with my two MOH in gold. The groomsmen in black and grey. My flowers I’m planning peach and lavender with a lot of baby’s breath. Almost all our music is going to be 80’s!

Hoping for 10/31/20 wedding. Colors are purple and orange. We would like to have a masquerade reception. My dress is black and I’m also wearing a mask. Also adding in Nightmare Before Christmas. We are looking to have everything in one place. I’m so overwhelmed and we really don’t have a weeding budget.. I like to DIY so most of things will be done by myself.

Ours is October 10, 2020. Our colors will be white, black, red and dark gray. It will be on my uncle's property in Temecula, CA with lots of trees. Think enchanted forest with hints of Alice in wonderland with a dash of skulls to tie in my skull engagement ring. Simple decor with a few flowers and lots of fairy lights and lanterns.

Another 10/10/20 bride here! 🙌🏻 Our colors are shades of green and gold! We are getting married at the same church that my FH parents got married at and by the same pastor. We’re also doing the Irish wishing rocks as out “unity candle”. Can’t wait! Good lucky to all of you!

What about flapper dresses for the BMs? That’s the first thing I think of when I hear 20s. Really like the idea of a family dance, that is so sweet. Such a beautiful touch to have his grandmother’s necklace. Vintage jewelry!! And your name tag! Thank you for your service

View Quoted Comment I've thought about flapper dresses, but they're so hard to find in the color that I want. I'm also struggling with my sister (MOH). She doesn't want to wear anything right and is being a total pain in my butt. I think I've come to the conclusion of finding nice dresses and using accessories to create the 20's vibe.

Yay for 80s music! I wish music was more like this now a days lol. FH is a big 70s and 80s fan - think Queen, Pink Floyd, The Who - so we def plan on having an eclectic mix to include both our styles. The gold and wine dresses will complement so well!
