    There are a lot of stores selling qipao on and around East Broadway in Manhattan. Also try 8th Avenue in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Congratulations!

    Also, Flushing in Queens. Sylvia's Boutique in Flushing is supposed to be very good. Check on Yelp.
