NWR: White purse after Labor Day?

I could be wrong but I think it just refers to shoes.

Stacy & Clinton say it's now perfectly acceptable to wear white year round.

And would Stacy & Clinton say that this applies to purse as well? Sorry for the stupid question... I just don't want to be labeled as the retard who bought a white purse.

Yes I concur, wearing white after Labor Day is no longer a faux pas. I saw this lady at my work with a gorgeous white leather Coach purse. She jazzed it up with a multicolor Coach scarf tied on the handle. Adorable and very classic / preppy!

White after labor day depends more upon the fabric/texture than color. You obviously wouldn't want to have a summer cloth textured purse.
