I got a pair from Victoria Secret to wear under my dress. They are actually pretty comfortable. If you want less compression you might be able to just buy 1 size up too so they don't feel so tight. Put them on once or twice before the wedding too as theyloosen up after the first time you put them on. Their website is down but it's a "slimming boyshort panty"

I thought I bought a pair of Leggs control top pantyhose. But, when I opened the package, I guess they were like Spanx -- control top & thigh, but no legs. Laughed out loud and put them back in drawer until one day they were just what I needed!

With my A line dress... thinking just a pair of "sucker" microfiber panties.... good enough for me.

I have tried baby oil in my thighs... but it ended up getting prettu... sticky. If only I could attach a mini fan somehow...

You can get bodyglide at sports stores. it is an anti- friction wax that I started using for long runs, but now I use constantly to prevent changing. you put it on just like deoderant
