Note on back of wedding invite?

I’m not sure why you wouldn’t just put the location on the main body of the invite where it normally goes? Most people don’t check the back of the invitation.

Generally both the location and reception details will be included on the main invitation (i.e. the ceremony location is listed and below that there is ordinarily something to the effect of 'reception to follow' with the details of the second venue noted if the reception is at a separate venue).

If the venues are hard to find or directions need to be given, those are ordinarily included on a separate card.

I received a Christmas card this year and the senders wrote “can’t wait to see you guys soon!” In their own handwriting. It was a nice casual personal touch! I could see you doing something like this? But to give info about the location I would have it clearly typed out on the invitation or on a website with more detailed info!

I’m getting married 4 hours away. I’m adding a separate card in the envelopes with the invitations telling them to go to our website to find info on our wedding, hotel info etc
