I’m just feeling so lonely and not wanting to plan for the wedding. We bought a house up in Carroll county md and I’m far from my bridal party. I’m just wanting to get things done and it’s hard to be motivated

    Have you considered doing something else, such as an intimate wedding or courthouse wedding?

    Oh no, big hugs for feeling lonely! You & your fiancé are to plan your wedding together (some partners aren’t as into it as we are). How does he feel? My hubby said “it’s your day” but after feeling lonely I asked we create it together. Over a bottle of wine we brainstormed theme ideas & from then on he was a 100% partner! Not all guys are like that, but maybe him being involved in some decisions will help motivate you. 💜

    Oh yay! If the groom isn't into wedding details as much (invites, decor), he does seem to get excited about food & music. Maybe he can help there too? Feeling his excitement definitely helps!

    I'm so sorry you're feeling lonely! I'm sure you're already doing this, but maintain regular communication with your BP - that could help you feel included. And like PP said, have your FH take a larger role in the planning! Power through, girl Smiley smile
