Not so normal bachelorette parties

We are doing one of those escape rooms and than dinner and drinks!

My MOH said I had to pick either no strippers or not being drunk because both rules were to much. Haha I'm like you and would much rather have a night in. But I know my girls and they will have fun going out so I'm not going to deny them the fun. Im sure itll be fine. No strippers though! That's my limit. Edit: spelling is hard.

I think this is a great thread because I am also looking for a non drinking (ish) party idea!

For my cousins wedding we did all that but we made it a lingerie party. As gifts every one brought her cute bras and panties. Of course I was the only one to bring the riskay clothing. Lol but it turned out good. And her husband loved mine best.

We are working out the location since we're scattered throughout the country. It's between Napa and Vegas. My MOH and one of my bridesmaids are going to plan it. They don't want me to know anything, but I'm guessing it'll be a show of some sort. I would be mortified if the bought a stripper, but I'm not opposed to Magic Mike live.

For my sisters Bachlorette we went champagne tasting, got our palms read, went to dinner and then back home to watch a girl wedding movie and eat dessert. I myself don't a big bachlorette party either, I'm hoping for something simple like dinner and a comedy show or something.

I wouldn't want a stripper either, wouldn't want someone's crotch in my face!

One wedding I was in we did a spa day the day before he wedding! It was awesome!

Yay! I love this!! I would much rather stay home and relax in my jammies. FH is the same way. Does that mean we're getting old??

Mine won't be a bachelorette party per se but we're going to go to a barre class and then go to my BFF's house to drink wine and have a girls night. All. The. Food. I got invited to a destination bachelorette party and I was all kinds of hell no. If I haven't been in a vacation with DH, I'm not going to your weekend in the Keys.

@Elizabeth, nah, you're not getting old. FH and I are the same way. Of course, since he has four brothers, three of which are over 21, I'm pretty sure they're going to make him go out. For some of them, it'll be their first time in Atlanta, so who knows what they'll do. hahaha.

I did a low key wine weekend in Chelan, WA. Lots of hot tub time & chilling with yummy food at the house we rented. It was driving distance for the majority of my girls.

I'm going back to my hometown for my bach party and we're going to a baseball game (my favorite team is the KC Royals). We're going to tailgate and just hang out then maybe do some drinks afterwards. Not a completely dry idea but something different!

We are going to Napa (were in Southern CA and Northern CA). While I do think we will spend most of the weekend drinking and or drunk, we plan on spending time by the pool, eating lots of food, watching movies (bridesmaid anyone?), and playing cards against humanity. I wouldn't have it any other way!

We went to Vegas for mine and it was an absolute blast but if my girls had planned a sleep over with movies, popcorn, jammies etc. I would have loved that too!

My MoH proposed we just have a day at the spa instead of a typical bachelorette party. So that's what we'll be doing

I don't want a stripper, but I am a drinker. We're thinking Atlantic city since we're on the east coast... Plans may change by then though. Definitely no desire for a stripper

I went to Vegas for my 21st bday and it was a BLAST so I'm keeping that in mind... I would love to go back

For one of my bff's Bach we went to a nearby island/harbor by ferry, zip lined, did a nice but casual dinner. Woke up early the next am and checked out their farmer's market and explored town before catching the ferry back.

For mine I'm hoping for a spa day a few days before the wedding. One BM is coming from out of town and another just had a baby last week. We will all be able to enjoy a relaxing day and hopefully use that time to get our nails done for the wedding.
