Not hiring florist

I’m trying to cut down on cost. I’m not hiring a florist. I plan on making eucalyptus boutineers/ bouquets, and using Italian Rucus as loose greenery for table decor. Anyone’s else not hiring a florist? The pictures are my inspiration

I didn't plant too, and I purchased the Ling's Moment foam flowers with the garland and geo cubes, they are gorgeous! I was shocked at how amazing they actually look. But my mom knows how much I love flowers so she recommend just getting bouquets and boutonnieres as real flowers, so we did use a florist for those, however my MOH is making the toss bouquet Smiley smile

I'm using fake etsy flowers. Less bees, bouquet won't die

I'm not sentimental about it yet, but I'm sure I will be!

I want to DIY my flowers too. I’m planning to use a lot of baby’s breath for my decoration. But when will you order and start making these? 2-3 days before the wedding?

Sounds like you're on a roll, Brittany! It is fun to make the floral arrangements, but keep in mind the extra materials you'll need in order to put them together, (you may need floral tape, vases, oasis foam, etc.) Smiley winking I had to finish the floral centerpieces, bridesmaid's bouquet, bouttonierres, corsages, and my own bouquet before I had surgery to remove a metal plate and screws from the wrist I broke last year! I didn't know how my arm would feel afterwards, so I wanted to take care of anything and everything I could before the surgery. The only thing I purchased pre-made is the "throw-away" bouquet. I figured that I can set it somewhere conspicuous to be able to include it in the wedding, but I'm not actually going to carry it when I walk down the aisle. Good luck on your floral designing!

I'm not using a floralist for my wedding. These are the bouquets made out of fake flowers we made ourselves with the help of some friends. I really like your inspiration, I think it will look really pretty whether you use real or fake greenery!
