Non-floral Centerpieces

Looking for inspiration for centerpieces! My fiance does not want to do floral centerpieces. Anyone have any fun/creative ideas, or did anyone else do non-floral centerpieces? Would love to see what everyone comes up with!

Wow that sounds like a beautiful space! I think lanterns and greenery inside/around would be perfect for the setting.

We did all 8 of our tables for less than $200.

I agree, I'm really liking the lanterns! For greenery, would real or silk be better? Or should it not matter?

I think it's really all about your preference and budget. Sometimes silk can be more than real so I'd price out some different options! I prefer real myself, but some fake floral arrangements can be very realistic. I like the look, feel and smell of real though.

We made cards letting our guests know that we will be making donations in lieu of favors. Each table had a charity that meant something us during our time as a couple.

I also prefer real over silk for most flowers, but I'm concerned about spending a bunch of money on greenery that I'll only use for a couple hours, so you're right, I should probably price out both to see where things stand. Good to know that there are some silk options that might look more realistic than what I've previously seen, I'll have to go check it out! Thank you for the info!

Oh! I forgot to mention- tableclothfactory.com has faux greenery that isn't crazy expensive- we went with their willow garlands (faux), but are planning on tucking real flowers (50 HUGE roses at Sam's Club for under $70 FTW!) in along the garlands to add some life & live flower smell in there.

I know I'm late because you posted this on july 2, 2020 and I guess you don't need help anymore.
We are 'DIYing' our centerpieces and table numbers because we don't want to spend much on flowers, including fake flowers.
    This is our inspiration:
    Non-floral Centerpieces 2
    Non-floral Centerpieces 3
    Non-floral Centerpieces 4
    Non-floral Centerpieces 5
    Non-floral Centerpieces 6

Or these ones but without the candles (we are skipping candles altogether because we don't want a formal, fancy vibe at our reception):Non-floral Centerpieces 7
    Non-floral Centerpieces 8
Some of them are both a centerpiece and a table number, I love that.

I agree that it's nice to have them be both the centerpiece AND the table number! I absolutely love that wine cork table number, I wish I had seen that before we bought our table numbers!
