Non diamond rings :)

Rose gold and morganite for me! I've always said I'd prefer not a clear diamond, and FH was adamant about me wearing rose gold. He went to the mall with our god daughter's dad and found this, and its just PERFECT! I love it so so so much!

Opal here too! I just took this last night to send to my mom lol. But fh did amazing. I have always had heart eyes for opal rings but my fingers are tiny and they usually get swallowed in the big opal rings I like. This one is perfect on my hand. I picked his out as well too. He doesn't like gold as much as I do but he wanted ours to match so I found something with just a hint of it.

I wanted emerald because my favorite color is green and its my birthstone. But, I read that emeralds are fragile and not best for rings. While we figure out our options and finances, we are doing necklaces instead of rings.

I LOVE it! I also hated waiting for the sizing to be done. My husband purchased a ring guard when he purchased my ring and I told him that the ring guard was beautiful enough to wear alone until I got the solitaire back. He refused to allow it, my hand felt sooo naked.

Mine is white sapphire, and he got it custom made in Australia! It'll be hard to find another ring like mine, especially since it's Zelda themed. Fun fact: white sapphires are far more rare than diamonds, but less expensive!

My ring's stone is a white sapphire. I am obsessed with opal especially since it is my birthstone and would have loved an opal or moonstone ring, but the boyfriend decided to go with this beautiful Pokemon ring which I don't regret at all!

I love that it is something so unique and not just regular diamond stone or anything.

I told my fiance I liked color & didn't want a diamond as the center stone, but he could also tell I like the sparkle of the diamonds. He chose a sapphire to represent the ocean which we live near and which has always been a big part of our relationship. I love it and I still can't stop staring at it! It's the best of both worlds, and I love the simplicity of the style.

My moissanite ring!

So the image below is the ring my engagement ring. My FH mom had bought it in an attempt to get him to ask me sooner. We thought it was actually the family heirloom ring, to find out it wasn't. Guess I somehow turned down the family heirloom ring at some point. Anyways, it's sterling silver with a black diamond in the middle. My favorite, however the band is too wide for my tiny fingers. Plus, I've already damaged the band playing drums on the cement with one of our friends 2 year old, ha! Were going to get a new new band for the diamond in October made of probably white gold, than a wedding band to match. Than were going to use this sterling silver band and put in a ruby or garnet. Rogers and Holland is having a huge event and one of the dealers are bringing in special pieces for me to look at that have a more pagan, Celtic feel to them, which is right up my aisle. I'm very much looking forward to it. We don't want to spend a lot of money but my FH wants me to have a ring I'm completely happy with looking at the rest of my life. This ring is still beautiful but the crown sits so high up I get it caught on everything, including mine and my dogs hair, which is horrid. Were going to look for a ring were the crown sits lower.

That's an adorable ring! We're huge Harry Potter fans, we'll I am, and since he's met me I've turned my FH into a geek, so much so, he can't wait until the next Fantastic Beasts movie comes out. He was upset when it was going to take longer than a year, when we saw the first one, ha!
