Non Conductive Wedding Bands

Nicole R., on September 16, 2014 at 9:56 AM Posted in Planning 0 9

I'm having difficulty finding a ring that is NON-CONDUCTIVE! My electrician boyfriend can't wear a metal band because of the safety risk at work. Any Sugguestions?

On Etsy they have deer antler bands and bands made of wood from a Jack Daniels barrel. I think the antler may be stronger but they both look really cool. Check them out!

What about a hematite ring? They are black and classy looking and non conductive.

Most ceramic isn't conductive ether and looks nice.

Some people get tattoo rings also, but I know that's not for everyone.

You can get bands in different stone and bone (antler). Some of those break really easily. http://www.saferingz.com/ is another possibility.

We have a friend who works construction who actually found a rubber wedding band for while he's at work (it doesn't look as bad as it sounds). He usually wears that one and only wears his metal band when they go out

Ceramic or wood. I've seen some nice wood rings. Yes, they might wear more than a metal, but you could always get him a new one for a big anniversary.

My electrician has a tattoo ring. Totally makes sense with his job. (and he's a wonderful master electrician, too!)
