My wedding is next year at the Noah’s in Greenville,SC but reading in news and groups on Facebook. They are closing 4 of there venues. They filed bankruptcy! But my venue reassured me that they will not be affected and that they resigned there lease agreement

The Noah's here in Chesapeake, VA is closing October 31. I would definitely keep checking with their parent company. They say they are providing refunds on a first come, first serve basis.

I looked at TONS in Greenville and ultimately chose Aurora Farms in Taylors.... Taylors also has the Southern Bleachery... we looked at the Gassaway Mansion, Edenburg West, Cigar Warehouse, Artisan Traders (our rehearsal will be here), the Venue at Falls Park (its small)... and a new one is opening up in Travelers Rest... its called the SchoolHouse Venue... check em out on Instagram and facebook

just nowI would first like to thank the staff of Noah’s in Greenville. Shana, Angela, and TJ were very personable during my wedding that took place on August 17, 2019. My problem comes into play due to a breach of contract. I had a wedding that had approximately 180 guest. I got the bar package and served hard alcohol. There was no security and the contract clearly stated security would be provided anytime hard alcohol was served. During my wedding ceremony, many of our gifts were stolen from the card box that was on the reception side of the venue. I asked and was promised video coverage from a Regional Executive in a written documented email. After months of not receiving the coverage, I was told my another Corporate representative that coverage would not be provided and I should not have been promised such. I was also told the Regional executive was no longer with the company, they seem to have fired everyone. I explained that due to their negligence in providing security, my husband and I lost many memories and cash and gift cards. I am now seeking legal action because I trusted that security would be provided as outlined in my contract. I am also seeking legal action due to the lack of concern that Corporate had on my situation. I asked that if video coverage could not be provided, I be refunded due to the breach of contract. I was told to do what I had to do! I’m interested in knowing how many others were charged for security that was not provided. I would think that Noah’s, such a beautiful place, that boast about their reputation and defends its financial struggles would care a little more about its customers!
