My bridesmaids & I will be in a hotel the night before so that everyone is on time morning of. Did you guys do anything special for your bridesmaids? Suggestions?

You could do a movie night for the night before the wedding, or a board game night! Something laid back might be a good idea, since the wedding day will be a long and busy day.

We did not do anything the night before because our rehearsal dinner went pretty long into the night. I honestly Wish I would have been able to go to sleep early that night. We ended the wedding early because I was so tired the day of. I would definitely recommend it being low key if you do something the night before.

I have never understood brides making lots of plans for the night before the wedding. Most wedding parties I have been in where bride shared the night before with more than 1 BP person, relative , or groom, the bride has had difficulty wedding day. Overtired, feeling crowded, short tempered, stressed. Give yourself quiet down time, especially if you have a rehearsal or RD the next day. Leave yourselves hours of do nothing time, and non- group time. In the last 15 years, I have watched tv portrayals, movie, and mefia things build on a huge number of things in the last couple of days, or a wedding weekend.
But like the fad I hope is dying, of expecting a bride to have MOB, MOG, 2-6 bridal party, all with her for dress shopping, a TV fad that has led to many bad experiences, the reality is, the more stress you are under, the less you need group activity. Packing showers, or spa days, or sleepover parties may set you up for a bad day before your wedding day. Go easy on such plans.

We had a snack platter available during get-ready, and then we all had pizza before I got dressed. So, we had a mini pizza party! (And I forgot my toothbrush, good thing DH loves garlic.)

My husband and I both have reserved suites that can sleep 6 for our bridal parties if they choose to stay with us!

My FH will stay in the honeymoon suite at the resort the night before and both of us (obviously) the night of our wedding. For my bridal party, I rented a super cute Air BNB near the wedding location for all of us to stay in before and the night of the wedding (them night of not me lol).
