New Wedding Dress!!

So I was super in denial for a long time about still being able to wear my current wedding dress even after alterations (which I hadn't gotten yet). I finally bit the bullet and went dress shopping again over the last few days with so little time (2 months 😭).


I knew I needed a dress off the rack which made it extra tough cause of my size so I already knew I was limited. When I thought all hope was lost, I finally found one! Here is my current (color) and my new (white). Not used to this kind of skirt BUT I love the fit and the photos don't do it justice. Finally able to breathe a bit.

    I contemplated it for awhile solely because of the skirt but all in all, I felt I was being too hard on myself. I might still ask if i can switch the skirt up a little bit but won't be too bothered if I can't.
    I was thinking of keeping it and using it as an anniversary/renewal dress but even if I lost weight, it's my bust that's the big issue so I still wouldn't be able to fit it. Super sad cause I still really love it but I'm forced to sell it.

    Alterations would have been tricky since the dress didn't really fit anymore mainly because of my bust. There was a SLIGHT chance it could have worked but the style of of dress would have changed and I just couldn't picture it. I didn't want to spend money on alterations just to end up not liking it.

    The skirt is definitely growing on me. I was debating for awhile if I should do something to change it or leave it as is.
