Needing some last minute beauty help input :/

Monica, on May 22, 2019 at 7:54 AM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 9
So it just dawned on me that I have tried to plan this so much, that I forgot to start going into primping mode Haha. They wedding is around 25 days- can anyone let me know some kind of serum or anything that they used to make themselves a bit more confident?

Main:

1) getting rid of worry wrinkles
2) teeth whiteners (dont laugh I know I'll be smiling a lot)

Anything really that you've prepared yourself with would be great! After all, I do have a lot of Amazon gift cards from past birthdays. So let's splurge just a little bit is what I say Smiley smile

Barring makeup wipes, I really don't do anything as far as a skin-care routine, so I can't help you there; however, I HIGHLY recommend Crest Whitening Strips to whiten your teeth.

I don't do much with my face, just wash and moisturize my face daily. As for teeth I use Tuxedo teeth whitening charcoal. It is on Amazon, easy to use and I started seeing results within a couple brushes.

Something I added somewhat recently to my skincare routine is a witch hazel and rosewater toner. I've been using it for a couple months now and I think it has really helped to brighten my skin, even it out, and prevent break outs. Besides that, I just cleanse and moisturize my face every day. I also use a exfoliating scrub a few times a week as needed and I do a charcoal mask once or twice a week. My skin is looking really clear, even, and bright. For my teeth I use the Crest white strips. They work really well for me and I only have to do it like every 6 months or once a year to maintain. I will be doing those two weeks leading up to my wedding.

I use a Clarisonic and I think it helps so much. I also use a rosewater toner and feel like it brightens up my complexion. I don't have any teeth recommendations but I think I'm going to start using Crest White Strips because so many people recommend them!

Honestly this close to the wedding I wouldn’t change anything about your skincare routine. You never know how your skin will react to something and breakouts can take MONTHS to heal.

My vote: TONS of water, lots of leafy greens and colorful fruits and veggies, no dairy, less (or no) gluten, sunscreen every day. Cleanse with something super gentle (CeraVe) and a hyaluronic acid serum (I like Glossier’s) and maybe gentle exfoliation every few days if you really want a change.

There is no way to get rid of wrinkles besides Botox or filler. For teeth whitening I used crest white strips.

My dentist told me to use Crest Whitestripes. I think you’ve got enough time to see some results.

Im gonna second the PP with the skin care. It might be a little too close to your date to start changing things up. Try some facial massaging and exfoliate.

It depends on your budget. I'm getting botox in my forehead & between my eyes, about a month before the wedding. Using wrinkle creams & hyaluronic acid can also help with wrinkles. I've heard microdermabrasion can help with surface level wrinkles, and microneedling. I just use the 30 day crest white strips for teeth whitening. I find they are less harsh on my teeth since you use them for 30 days.

I highly recommend using Radha Rosehip Oil as a moisturizer in the evenings after you wash your face. I am 42 and love how it reduces the appearance of my wrinkles and fine lines. My HMUA recommend it to me at my HMU trial 2 months before my wedding. I bought it on Amazon later that same week and began using it every night. We both noticed how much softer and more radiant my skin was on my wedding day. As for teeth whiteners, I highly recommend Crest white strips. I notice a result within a week of using them. Here are some pics of my face on my wedding day - I was 41 at that time.
