Need to add important information to Invite

Kaylee, on June 22, 2020 at 10:20 AM Posted in Planning 0 5
So we had to change plans a little and have parking about .5 mile away from the venue, there will be a shuttle that takes people to and from the venue. However I already printed the invites, but this parking info isn't included. I'd like to include it somehow, but I really don't want to add another piece of paper. Would it be terrible if I printed a label with the info and put it on the back of the accommodations card?

The wedding website does have all the correct info, but I'm pretty sure not everyone will go to it.

I did that with our save the dates because Covid happened. I think you can either print it or use a label, I'd test it to see if that's the look you're OK with first.

Well technically you wouldn’t add parking info on the invite. So adding it on the back of the accommodation card seems fitting.

I like what pp suggested - try it out with one invitation and see how you like the look of it. i personally think it's ok but you might not end up liking the overall look of it.

The info does not go on the invite itself as that is only for for date/time/location of the ceremony and reception. Other insert cards for directions, accommodations, etc are very common.

Try to keep all info on the front side of your details card since people don't look on the back for anything.
