Need people’s opinion on shoes

I'm changing shoes. Lol. Im wearing block heels for the ceremony and then changing into some ballet slipper type shoes. I would die in heels all night though.

I’ll be in glitter Keds all day.

I’m doing kitten heels all day. I’m used to it, though.

Heels the entire day ! Until my feet feel like they are going to fall off and than switching into flip flops. My mom is pissed about this BTW. she is VERY TRADITIONAL

I’m wearing stylish flats for ceremony and comfy cute flats for the reception. I need to be comfy and I’ve always preferred flats to heels!

Converse in our wedding colors all day and night! Comfort bc they wont be seen anyways!

I wore my heels all day and they were super comfortable even for dancing in all night. They were 3.25 heels from British wedding shoe designer Benjamin Adams.

Flats ! I am a flats kind of gal though. I think it'd be better for you to find comfort

One thing to consider about switching from heels to flats during the festivities is that your dress will likely be hemmed for the heels and then will potentially drag/get stepped on when you're wearing flats (even with a bustle, because the bustle doesn't affect the front of the dress). Changing shoes isn't an issue if the heel high of both pairs is pretty much the same. (Daughter choose Converse in the wedding color because they weren't going to show and she decided comfort was THE most important thing to her.... Definitely not conventional -- so I kind of get the mom's perspective a pp mentioned -- but, her wedding, her feet! She had the Converse customized with her married name and the wedding date, so they were super cute. )

I don’t like shoes so I thought about going barefoot for a while, my bridal party just talked me into getting a pair of Birkenstock’s that I love and can wear after the wedding
