Need opinion on adding sleeves to my dress

No sleeves but if you really need them I vote shoulder sleeves!

@Emilyg I love that idea! My first fitting is at the end of the month and I will definitely be getting some fabric taken off of the bottom of my dress. Maybe they can make attachable cap sleeves with the extra fabric.

I do think it looks stunning without the sleeves but I also think the cap sleeves are beautiful and really add a little "something special" to the dress.

I like the cap sleeves for your dress. I personally love the way lace sleeves look!

PS-I think your dress is GORGEOUS and honestly, a classic and elegant strapless dress will never go out of style. It's what you like best and feel the most "you" in.

I added cap sleeves to mine and I'm so glad I did. I love them.

I'm a huge fan of lace cap sleeves - or have you thought about a lace bolero?

@Rebecca I hadn't really thought of a bolero, really. I think they're pretty, but probably not something I would be seriously interested in. The lace cap sleeves are just too pretty!

I think it is classic and lovely as it is, but I also love Haley's advice: try different styles and options before you commit. Besides boleros and sewn on sleeves, maybe check out some of those ornate shoulder necklace things.

@novaknuptials2016 this is going to sound crazy but... I don't know the brand of my dress. I never even checked. It was on super sale, off the rack at my local bridal shop.

Love sleeves! Taking selfies while dress shopping confirmed that for me. In strapless dresses, you just look naked in close-up portraits.

Oh wow! Not quite the same pattern, but mine is floral too with some paisley pattern almost. Where in Central PA? Mine was from Amber Rose in Williamsport.
