So, my wedding date is March 20th 2021 and I have no idea what type of food to serve or any ideas for decorations! Can anyone give me some advice or know a wedding planner?😫

Do you and your fiance have a favorite type of food? If so, I would look specifically for a caterer that specializes in that type of food. Either way you really need to find a caterer ASAP. Maybe check with your venue for recommendations. As for decor, we just had flowers for our wedding. I would recommend looking on Pinterest for ideas. If you want flowers you will need to book a florist.

I agree with Veronica, choose food that you and your fiance really like. It also helps to have a food tasting. I am Dominican and my fiance is American. Ever since we started dating he now loves Hispanic food. That is what we are serving, with some American options for his family.

Definitely choose what you guys like or if you want a little bit of everything then consider stations or fusion entrees

Call up your favorite restaurant about their catering packages.

Check out Thumbtack.com for a month/day of coordinator and other vendors. Utilize the boards here for general planning advice.

That is a fabulous idea! I never thought of pinterest! Also I'll be having it at Thompson state park or the church I use to go to. So, I would need to find a caterer. I'm not sure where to look though.

Deciding on a caterer within your price range will greatly help narrow the options of food (unless you or your family decide to prepare and serve meals). For ideas, I suggest pinterest! You can type in your wedding colors and view ideas for just about all decorations. Also look at pictures of previous events your venue and caterers have hosted. All of that and hobby lobby helped me.

I never thought of that! I'm not sure if I would have a caterer that could go where I'm having it but I sure will check out hobby lobby!

First and foremost you really need to decide on which venue you will be having your wedding because all of your vendors are going to need to know the time and place of your wedding. WeddingWire has a vendors tab and under that they list catering and from there you can put in the town the wedding will be and the option to select the type of food you'd want to serve. You could also look on The Knot which is very similar to WeddingWire and has the option to search vendors. Pinterest was honestly one of my best friends during the planning process.

Not sure what your price point is, but my suggestion is to research the average cost of catering in your area to make sure your expectations are reasonable.
