Need honest opinions

You look wonderful! I had some doubts about my veil too. Can you walk comfortably with all of it? Do you have a belt, necklace/earrings/bracelet to try on with it? Shoes?

I think the combo is beautiful and your shoulders look stunning. I think the shape of your dress through the veil looks great. The details on the veil really shine fron the back because your dress isn't embellished.

I think you have a couple options that'll help you fall in love with the dress again:

1. Use the real estate that the off-the-shoulder gives you for a chunky statement necklace that draws the eye upward. Find one that mimics the details on your veil.

2. Get the skirt brought up more to your natural waist, at the smallest part of your torso - then add a sash/belt. This would be the more costly option of the two, but could be cheaper than a whole new dress (not sure your return situation).

I think a belt like this would be lovely, but only if the skirt is brought up/bodice shortened. Right now the wait hits more where a pair of jeans would than at the smallest part of her figure.

That is a valid point but I think if the belt is a skinny belt it would be ok. Just a nice addition of pop. Some belts are fairly skinny and I think would still hit her ok.
