I'd go for something complimentary, so something across the colour wheel.
I think the jacket looks in the same family as "Pacifica" on this chart, so I would pick something between Blossom and Lemon (so covering the pinks, oranges, and yellows) and unless it is an exact match, or a patterned dress with a few similar shades of blue, I would avoid blues, purples, and greens.
