Need help with wedding shoes

My dress came in today and I have my wedding in 15 days 🙈😢. The skirt stitched is way too long and I will need at least 4 inches. I usually wear 2 inches and am comfortable but now I have to wear longer just so that I can dance and not trip over :/
So I thought platform would be good .
Where can I go get a good pair of platform wedges online or near Bay Area ?

Can you take it to a seamstress and pay a rush fee?? I'd try to get it hemmed!!

I actually did that yesterday . She said she will try her best
I hope she can reduce it by even an inch then i can manage the remaining with a bit of the heels.
