My Fiance' has a long polish last name it is: Michalkiewicz. My first name is Kelsey and his is Zach. Thank you in advance

Unfortunately this might be one of those cases where you'll have to use a generic hashtag like #MichalkiewiczWedding2018 or #HereComeTheMichalkiewiczs. Everyone here will point you toward Hashtag Generator, and I truly think that will be your best bet.
