It sounds like you have a good head start! Catering would be high on my list if I were you, as well as a color scheme so you can start looking into wedding party attire, even if you don't have the actual party picked out yet. I'd also consider looking into a coordinator if you can swing it - they'll help out a ton right before and day-of the wedding, but can also help point you to other vendors and provide things like checklists and planning software to help with everything else.

Thank you ladies for all the wonderful suggestions! I forgot to mention that the venue also comes with a catering package, silly me lol. I also have my colors and bridal party as well. I can start looking for wedding/bridesmaid dresses now. Again thank you for your help!

Maybe you can think of party favors if you want any. will you have a sign in table? if so, what are some guest book options you'd like? some of these things you can wait to do so later but it's just some ideas of things to consider.
there are always a lot of little details that will come up or that are so random you may not think of them til later. i found that i was always coming up with new questions to ask my venue managers or new questions i was asking myself, etc. but it sounds like you're all good and organized
