You can filter these searches to a more specific location, type of venue, available date and maximum guest count so I’m sure you will find somewhere perfect!

Another idea may be to check out Airbnb for locations in the area that allow guests to host events on the property.

I initially thought about doing that as well. There were a few options on AirBnb (although I’m not sure for 30 people) of houses on the beach that had enough space to do an outdoor wedding. We ultimately went to a resort because the logistics of getting all family under one roof was too hard. I also was thinking you’d want a separate space for your wedding night (so keep that in mind 😉). When I added up the costs, it wasn’t much cheaper when you think of adding I’m catering costs, rentals, etc. than just going to one of the local resorts.
