I need to find a reception hall that is not too far from Evart, MI (Big Rapids, Cadillac, Clare). Some place that will allow dancing and alcohol. About 200 people. Limited timeline and budget.

Have you checked out any local community halls in the area?
I would suggest you check out the WeddingWire venue directory, however, it doesn't have local community hall, but lots of other different types of venues like a hotel, country club, restaurants, etc.
Are you from the are, or planning from a different state?

I would reach out to the community centers in the area. The one we're having ours at is only 275, and you can bring in food and drinks. You can also try UAW halls, VFW halls, elks clubs, moose lodge....most of those are very affordable

What about Caberfae Ski Resort, Stahl Event Barn, Hulwick Event Center, or Fox Hill Event Center?
