Need help about back of dress

Have you had it altered yet? It seems to be a little big still, which is why there’s so much extra fabric. Like the sleeves are still loose, too. Otherwise you should start from the bottom and only pull the ribbon until it’s lying flush, and then move up to the next row. When you get to the top, don’t overly tighten it because then it’ll pull on the whole ribbon and cause the bunching. It should also be easier once it’s taken in though.

I agree. It won't bunch once it fits properly. It needs to be taken in at the hips.

It looks too big in the hips and too long in the straps. I would see what a seamstress or tailor can do for the fit. Where did you get it? Can they help?

First, the lacing is wrong - you start at the top and end at the butt area. lacing corset I agree with Previous posters - the straps are too big! head to a qualified seamstress and get her opinion ---- AFTER you re-lace it.
